Heavy Grade Vehicle-Grade Grass Protection

For frequently traveled areas which require heavy-duty ground reinforcement, the Tenax GP-Flex 1800 is an ideal choice. GP-Flex has been tested for slip resistance to BS7976-2 and when tested alongside other slip resistant grass protection meshes, GP-Flex showed an improvement of over 33% in comparison. GP-Flex is manufactured using a unique method of extrusion enabling it to incorporate a slip-resistant surface with the flexibility for the mesh to conform to the ground. Additionally the mesh is UV stabilized to resist ultraviolet breakdown.

Installation

1. Unroll Grass Protection Mesh by reverse rolling.
2. Cut mesh to desired length by using a utility knife, heavy duty scissors or a circular saw.
3. Apply tension to the mesh when laying to ensure adequate contact to the ground,
4. Lay additional rows of the mesh material by butting long edges together then secure all edges by installing 8 inch turf staples every 3 feet.
5. Place additional turf staples where needed if the mesh is not flush with ground or if more securing is needed.
